Delivery

Items in stock will ship within 5 working days of the order date.

Deliveries only occur Monday to Saturday. Mirasa Jewels does not process, ship, or deliver orders on weekends or national holidays.

If an item is not in stock or cannot be shipped within 5 working days of the order, a Mirasa jewels client service specialist will notify you within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Delivery time for Custom Orders will vary from order to order depending on the complexity of the request. Custom orders typically require 20-25 working days.

All deliveries require a person (at least 18 years of age) to sign the shipment on receipt.

Domestic Shipping

COD under Rs. 10,000/- is not available.

Shipping is free for all orders all over India.

Orders sent through Standard Shipping via delhivery, dtdc will be delivered within 6-7 working days. *Delivery to metro cities usually takes less time.

COD is available all over India with fixed charges of 200/-

 

Duties and taxes will be applicable as per the destination country’s rules and regulations – these charges will have to be borne by the customer. The courier company will charge you separately for these.
